Peer Support

Our Peers are fully present with each individual in a way that validates and reinforces individual's abilities and strengths. We promote self- advocacy and support individuals in taking the lead in becoming experts at their own recovery. We value the mutuality of our Peer-to-Peer interactions and pride ourselves on the diversity of our CPRS, PSS, and CPRS-FE staff.

At Stern Companies, we not only want to ensure our staff are safe at work, we are committed to ensuring they also have the resources needed to be safe and happy personally and spiritually. We all go through tough times, and, more often than not we do not know where to go, or how to find the necessary resources. We hired LHB as basically a life-coach for our employees. They provide professional resources for physical health, addiction, emotional health, professional health, financial health and many other areas to assist our employees both professionally an personally. We saw an opportunity with LHB to offer these resources to our employees confidentially, on their own terms, when they need them.

 

Having a life-coach available for your employees can provide numerous benefits to both individuals and the company as a whole. These resources can help employees enhance their personal and professional growth by offering guidance on setting and achieving goals, improving time management, and developing better work-life balance. Open Arms Community Resource Center

Open Arms is a supportive, sober, safe environment that will assist individuals with putting their life back together and provide the resources needed to do that. We believe in personal accountability, self-determination and providing individuals with the pro-social supports they need to become successful members of the community!
